Fabric outlet

I visited a fabric store in Ft. Myers that had the most amazing outlet sale: Boca bargoons

In Ft. Myers gibt es ein Stoff outlet shop, daß unglaublich niedrige Preise veranschlagte.

You can find all the well known American fabric designers amoung those fabrics.

Man kann alle großen Namen der Stoff Design Welt unter den lagernden Stoffen finden.

I could have bought yards after yards but didn't want to pay overweight in the plane, so the impression will remain as a sweet dream.....

Leider kann man im Flugzeug nur eine begrenzte Menge an Gewicht mitnehmen, deshalb bleibt mir der imposante Eindruck nur als süße Erinnerung erhalten....

lovely hotel in Sarasota

We had a stop at the Hotel Indigo in Sarasota which is the most lovely decorated hotel i've stayed.

Bei unserem Kurzaufenthalt in Sarasota haben wir in einem zauberhaft dekorierten Hotel übernachtet:

When walking through the old town I spotted some great galleries and took pictures of artworks in the window which include also palmtree images!!!(I like that :-)

In der Altstadt von Sarasota gibt es nette Galerien und Buchgeschäfte. Als Mitteleuropäerin war ich sehr fasziniert von den Spiegelungen der Palmen im Schaufenster.

They do have an Opera House, though small but cute I think :-)

Es gibt sogar ein Opern Haus, allerdings finden die größeren Veranstaltungen in der Van Wezel Hall statt.

We had a great trip to florida during winter holidays and I'll give you some beachy impressions;

Unsere Florida Reise war unglaublich toll;  ein paar Eindrücke von verschiedenen Stränden

 We were surrounded by a dream of blue, very blue sky, very blue water. This blue color of the sky and the water was of such an intense nature that I had the feeling as if it was penetrating my body.

Das intensive blau des Himmels und des Meeres hat uns 2 Wochen lang umgeben. Man hatte fast das Gefühl von diesem blau durchdrungen zu sein.
